Quarry · weighbridge & site hardware
RFID, weighbridge integration and automated boom control for a working quarry. Hardware wired into the cloud.
Trucks weighed and recorded automatically
At the scale itself, we’ve replaced older software that was unreliable and poor at reporting. It did not integrate with anything and required everything to be manually recorded by hand and then later manually transferred to a computer. A waste of resources and time.
An on-site service that ties the physical hardware together. RFID tags identify each truck automatically, the weighbridge feeds live weights straight in, and the boom opens on its own once a stable weight locks in. Empty-in and full-out weights are matched into a single weighing with nobody keying anything. It keeps running and buffers everything locally if the internet drops, then syncs to the cloud the moment the connection is back.
RFID readers, weighbridge serial integration, automated boom/barrier control, site cameras, and a resilient service with offline buffering and heartbeats back to a cloud backend.
Trucks are identified, weighed and recorded automatically, with the barrier controlled end to end. Faster turnaround at the scale, and a trustworthy record of every single load.

Quarry · quotes, orders, dispatch & invoicing
A cloud platform that runs the commercial side of the quarry: quotes, orders, dispatch and invoicing, integrated with the weighbridge.
Quoting, dispatch and invoicing in one place
The office ran on what is supposed to be industry-standard software with a crazy expensive annual licence fee. But the software won’t integrate with the bridge software, is outdated, and has no flexibility at all to adjust to a modern workflow.
A cloud platform that runs the commercial side of the quarry. Quotes become orders, orders become invoices, with customer-specific pricing, VAT and sequential document numbers all handled automatically. Trucks get assigned to orders and dispatched, weighings from the bridge flow straight onto delivery notes and tickets, and a live dashboard shows what’s on site and what’s loading right now.
A cloud backend with a live React dashboard, automated PDF generation for quotes, invoices and delivery notes, and direct integration with the weighbridge so the office numbers always match the scale.

Cattle auction companion
A mobile cattle auction companion that calculates live price-per-kg, tracks every purchase, and gives instant analytics.
Know your true price-per-kg, live
Cattle auctions move fast. Tracking bids, calculating price-per-kg, comparing to target prices, and remembering what you bought is near impossible with a pen and notepad. By the time you get home, you’ve lost track of what you paid and whether it was a good deal.
Cowculator is a mobile cattle auction companion that calculates live P/kg as bids change, tracks every purchase and market observation by gender, and gives you instant analytics: profits, price trends, time-to-slaughter projections, and shareable auction summaries.
Offline-first mobile app built with React, Capacitor, and Zustand. Real-time bid calculations, animated UI with Framer Motion, full data export/import, and native Android share integration.
Farmers walk out of auctions knowing exactly what they spent per kilogram, how it compares to previous sales, and when each animal will be ready for slaughter, all from their pocket, no spreadsheets needed.
Baby sleep tracker
A cozy, installable sleep tracker for two little ones. Log naps with one tap and spot patterns instantly.
One-tap logging, patterns at a glance
Tracking two babies’ sleep meant scribbling naps and wake-ups into a notes app at 3am, then squinting at walls of text trying to figure out if bedtime was drifting later or whether nap one had shifted. Patterns were impossible to spot and nothing was shareable between two tired parents.
Snoozeberry is a cozy, installable sleep tracker for two little ones. Parents log naps and bedtime with a single tap, see the whole day on a live timeline, and get instant charts for total sleep, nap timing, and night wakings. Old notes can be pasted in and auto-imported, and the whole thing is wrapped in a warm, playful design (with a few hidden surprises) built for bleary-eyed 3am use.
A mobile-first Progressive Web App that installs to the home screen and works fully offline. Built with React and TypeScript, with all data stored privately on-device. No accounts, no servers, nothing leaves the phone.
Logging a nap now takes one tap instead of a paragraph of typing, sleep patterns surface automatically in clean charts, and both parents run the same app from their own phones. It runs like a native app, even with no signal.

Mango Self-catering Apartments needed a proper home online, somewhere guests could see the rooms, get a feel for the place, and book directly instead of relying only on third parties.
